Unfortunately, it seems that quality customer service is somewhat a thing of the past these days but not so in my case. Rachel, you and the rest of the folks I came in contact with were exceptional. You called when you said you would, promptly answered all emails, your installers were professional and the job was performed just exactly how and in the time frame you said it would be. Honestly when we spoke a month ago and you advised that the recovered awning would be installed on May 16th I really thought "sure wonder how many times I'll have to call to get the job done." Nope! "We recently had two of your workers out to our house regarding some work on our awning. When they finished the work I realized my husband would not be happy with the work that was done. He thought they were putting another piece on top of the awning to cover any rain  that fell onto the deck.  They would have to take down the piece they had put up on the roof. They spoke with my husband and figured out what needed to be done.  They both were very professional and the work they did was impeccable.. It is a pleasure doing business with your company. "Last Spring, Willson's Pub installed a Marygrove Awning over its Outdoor Patio that seats 40. The workmanship, timing and costs all exceeded my expectations. But in addition, sales at Willsons last summer were the best in 4 years. We are located and compete for business in a lake community so the summer months are traditionally slower that Fall or Winter. As a result of extended and expanded seating with our new awning, we experienced no drop off in sales from the fall or winter seasons! My only regret it not doing it sooner. Thank You "
